Aerial Yoga is for all ages, abilities and ages.
What is Aerial Yoga? Aerial Yoga is a blend of Pilates, Yoga and Dance. Using the fabric to support the body, participants perform yoga and aerial poses.
Aerial Yoga increases strength, balance and spine decompression with gentle inversions.
