School holidays approaching? Don't worry! We've got you covered.

A fun packed day of Aerial Fun!!!

If your child has a lot of energy, loves to swing and hang about! Or dreams of running away with the circus one day! Then you've come to the right place. 

Our aerial camps cover a varied range of disciplines, including Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silk, Aerial Sling and more! The children will be given regular breaks and alternative activities if they become tired. 

Age recommedation is 6 plus! Please do not book your child in if they're under the age of 6. 

Each camp may vary slightly, so please check, but they typically run form 9.30 - 3.30pm. Booking is essential.

What's involved?

Introduction Staff will get to know their class and buddy participants. The children will get to know the space and the safety rules.

Warm Up and class games! Preparing everyone for the busy day ahead and work on team building skills, confidence and physical development.

Workshop 1 The group will be divided into abilities. They will learn a fun and challenging aerial skill (e.g. Aerial Sling). They will learn three apparatus in one day, order my vary.

Break A quick break, healthy snack & drink, a little rest! 

Workshop 2 The children will learn skills on the second apparatus (e.g. Aerial Hoop)

Lunch Break A well earned rest! Lunch break, chit chat and relax time. 

Colouring A calm activity, to encourage the children to sit and allow their tummy to settle. 

Workshop 3 The children will learn skills on the third apparatus (e.g. Aerial Silks).

Useful Information  

 

Preparations

 

Please ensure your child wears fitted activewear that covers:
   •    backs of the knees
   •    underarms
   •    torso

 

A plain leotard with leggings works perfectly.
- No sequins, zips, or embellishments.
- No jewellery, please.

Food & drink
Children must bring:
   •    a packed lunch
   •    two healthy snacks for break times
   •    a water bottle (refill stations available)

Please note:
   •    No juice, fizzy drinks, chocolate, or sweets
   •    No nuts, as a precaution

If your child has any allergies or dietary concerns, please let us know in advance.

 

Breaks & experience
Aerial work can be challenging over long periods, so children will be given frequent breaks throughout the day. By the end of the camp, they’ll leave with a heap of new skills across a variety of aerial apparatus.

 

Supervision & safety
The camp will be led by two qualified and experienced instructors, providing a safe, supportive, and fun environment. You can leave your child knowing they are in very capable hands.
